Our Story

In March 2023, we created Sand Strokes. We are students at the University of Florida who share a love for the beach and competitive games. When we go to the beach, we always bring games. We like sports based competitive games, whether it’s with family or friends. So, we decided to combine our love for the beach with competition using a sport we love to play, which is Golf.

Golf has been consistently growing in popularity the past couple of years. We figured what more could people want than to combine the beach, sun, and golf. We wanted to design the game so that anyone can play no matter your skill level. We also want to support and protect the beaches we love. We will donate a percentage of sales to Florida’s First Coast chapter of the Surfrider Foundation. We chose the first coast chapter specifically because our “home beach” is St. Augustine Beach, FL.
